  I called in in order that I was told they forgot to place when I arrived. I advised them I was in a hurry could not wait long. They assured me that I would only be 8 minutes. I waiting 15 and went to ask about the food when they checked with the kitchen I could hear the cool arguing that there were other orders and that she was doing them in order it didn't matter she was making the waffles in order and she only had one maker. I would have just walked out that this point but I had already paid. It took me 45 min from my call when I placed the order until I actually received my food. They never offered me anything for their screw up not even a free drink while I waited. I won't be going in there anymore the IHOP next door will get my business

  My husband and I stopped at the Denny's in Warrenton, VA on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 9:30 am for breakfast. As expected, the restaurant was almost completely full but we did get a table immediately. Our server, Jennifer, provided us with outstanding service. As a matter of fact, there was a real "team" atmosphere with all of the servers -- they helped each other out with large orders and walked around refilling coffee. The servers were not standing around chatting with each other, but hustling to give their customers top-notch service. Our food was cooked perfectly to order and everything was hot. The restaurant and rest rooms were extremely. Great experience!
